You must focus inside.
Soften your focus and concentrate on your body.
Breath into your stomach.
And when you exhale, make sounds.
Like this. (demonstrates crying sounds)
On the inhale, you are happy.
And on the exhale you are defeated, you loose.
And then you squeeze your face.
Like this. (demonstrates crying sounds)
Then comes the crying.
